2BR Lower Penthouse @ Acqua Private Residences

Location is accessible to most recreational malls and places. The view is phenomenal. A lot of space and comfort in the bedrooms and living room. Access to washer and dryer is also great. Getting food delivered at this location is convenient, but there is also a convenience store and a few restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance to buy necessities or get a quick bite. Conveniently close to the airport within a 25-30 minute commute. There is also a convenient trash collection at the end of the hallway floor, so you don't have to bring your trash down to the ground floor. I love that there is a rice cooker, toaster oven, and microwave for our food situation. Bathroom and shower is nice and spacious.

During our stay, the refrigerator was not working. I asked if we can have the refrigerator serviced, but I never got confirmation if a technician was coming to service during my 7 day stay. We had to put our food in the freezer. The utility room for the washer and dryer units was also locked. Fortunately there were cleaners at the ground floor, but I had to pay for their service to wash and dry my clothes. We later got the locked room resolved after I had already paid for cleaners as I needed my clothes washed urgently. Sometimes, getting a Grab (like Uber) is inconvenient and tedious due to how the road layout is outside of the complex. Drivers would often get lost if not familiar with the area. We also didn't have enough trash bags to replace our trash, and had to improvise. Some of the cooking utensils and tools look very old or dirty, some were burnt, melted plastic, and some of the ceramic plates were chipped. There is also a soundbar in the living room, but we couldn't figure out how to make it work with all the wires tangled and unplugged, that we didn't bother trying in order to prevent breaking anything. Lastly, the most inconvenient part is the light switch for the dining and kitchen. The switch is a touch sensitive smart switch, and this switch has 3 buttons. The far left switch is covered in tape to prevent anyone from touching it and it turns on a small lamp by the dining area. If this turns on by mistake, which happened to us even while the button is covered, the other 2 switches (lights for dining and kitchen) will stop working. The only way to fix this was to reset the breaker, which was behind the locked utility room. We had to call the front desk to assist us in fixing this.

The rapid response from Len. The unit had everything that you could ask for. Great view and easy to get transportation to and from. I do not see a negative issue concerning the beautiful unit.
