PALAIS ROYAL Paris, rue d'Argenteuil VII

Wonderful situation & comfortable. There was, however, a *severe electrical fault* that would cause the lights to cycle off-and-on and this is Terribly Dangerous. I informed my host about this *Serious* issue —and hopefully it has been resolved

The location was amazing

Issue with toilet running and toilet leaking and no one came to fix it. I decided to turn off the water to the toilet as I didn't want to be blamed for this issue! Something I shouldn't have to worry about when I am a paying customer! They said they would let me know when a technician would be coming and messaged them daily and after 3 days they said there was no technician available in Paris. They said their "company" was based in Cannes and too far away. Not my problem. the toilet running was loud and water on the bathroom floor. I had to either turn off the water in between uses and/or use a white noise app to drown out the sound. No volunteering to send more towels to clean up the water or letting me know a technician wasn't coming! I was very disappointed, especially with the lack of communication and response. Bathroom had mildew in the shower. Some dishes had mold on them, which was communicated with the property and no response was given.
