Очень уютный и стильный небольшой отель прямо на берегу реки. Внутри всё продумано до мелочей, много красивых интерьерных деталей. Из окон видна река, а прямо от отеля начинается тропа к водопаду. Завтраки можно выбрать заранее - их приготовят специально для вас. Внизу есть уютное кафе с камином, где приятно посидеть вечером. Но главное здесь - люди. Очень приветливые, доброжелательные и искренне стараются помочь во всём. Видно, что хозяева и команда действительно горят своим делом и вкладывают в это место душу.
Нам всё понравилось, существенных минусов не нашли.

This is the best accommodation in Kazakhstan outside Almaty city! The hotel is located near the bear waterfall and river, it’s wonderful place to relax, to hike and to recover from the busy days in the office! In the hotel you will find very warm welcome and hospitality, staff is excellent and friendly, design of rooms is very nice, cozy and authentic, the rooms are very clean and fresh.
