The facility cleanliness
unfortunate we have encountered a problem with the parking spot lot as we found someone had been occupied and we have had Fines 500aed and we would appreciate the facility to assist with the resolving this by providing a letter or an email so we can head that to municipality.

Location is nice but you have to be aware of the area it can be hard to get to. Parking is crazy complicated gave me a headache
Cleaning was poor. Soundproofing was poor and no even a small cooker and smelly toilet too. Staff wasn’t helping from Blue cloud as i asked for a early check in but unfortunately no response or action was taken
