The location is ideal for our requirements and the main reason for our visit - this is the second time we have stayed at the flat.
We could have been warned about the "planned" power outage - it did not cause any inconvenience but was a surprise at the time.

Останавливались с женой в этих апартаментах и остались очень довольны! Отличное расположение — недалеко и от центра, и от ж/д, и от автовокзала. Рядом есть метро, что очень удобно — можно быстро добраться в любую точку города. В окрестностях много кафе, супермаркетов, а торговый центр всего в 4 минутах ходьбы. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: чисто, уютно и со вкусом. Очень рекомендую для тех, кто ищет спокойное и удобное место в Софии ☺️

Excellent location, close to where we needed to be, straightforward walking access Sofia center and good local facilities such as cafes and restaurants. It was relatively easy to organise keys and other admininstration both before and immediately after visit.
A check on lights would shown at least two bulbs not working and there were no replacements so lighting in lounge area was poor. There were no T-towels for drying the washing up. The fridge did smell a little, possibly because of little or no use recently?

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent – in a quiet area but still very close to the city center and Serdika Center. The apartment had everything we needed for a cozy stay, super comfy beds. Communication with the hosts was smooth and quick – they responded immediately to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
