The rooms were good and clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was very nice.
The heat and humidity inside the room was unbearable might be a good idea to invest in some ventilators, ceiling fans or ground fans.

Das Zimmer in der ersten Etage war groß und hell mit gutem Mobiliar. Die Küche auf dem Flur teilt man sich mit den anderen Zimmern, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man zur NordArt möchte. Vor der Tür liegt ein schöner kleiner Park.
Man hört die große Straße nebenan. Einige kleine Reparaturen sind nötig: Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig, die Toilette benötigt ein gründliche Reinigung. Türrosette an der Zimmertür löst sich.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Schreibtisch und Schrank. Toole Etagenküche und der Pizza Blitz unten ist praktisch mit Sonderpreisen für Gäste.
Der Abfluss hat stark gerochen. Vielleicht ist lange kein Wasser durchgelaufen aber das hat mich gestört.

Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum NordArt Ausstellungsgelände.
Nachts und vormittags sehr ruhig.
Nur eine Nachttischlampe.
Duschstange schlecht befestigt.
Beleuchtung am Badspiegel nicht funktionsfähig.
Zimmer lag im Parterre zu einem Hof und war einsehbar, wenn die Jalousien nicht geschlossen waren. Tagsüber und abends Autoverkehr (Pizza Lieferdienst).
