Ocean View 2 Queen Studio at Landmark Resort

The amenities, location, vibe, and hosts were all top notch.

The lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Quite hot after a shower.

We loved the pool and outdoor hot tub also the location was close to food and fun!

Nothing honestly it was all nice and pretty great!

When I needed something, the host or her go to was available.

There wasn’t anything with the hosts that was bad. Some of the outdoor facilities, (pools, pavers) were dirty, but that is out of host control.

We transferred rooms to extend our stay. Information that was provided stated we could get in a room at 11 AM. The gentleman at 11 AM was just starting to clean our room and told us that we could not get in our room until 4 PM . We told the gentleman that it was OK that he can continue to clean and that we were OK. We had other arrangements so we could do with our stuff until the room was done. we have received to take our stuff to the hallway and after about five minutes he came and got us and told us our room was clean. He then proceeded to take us to our room to show us all of the stuff that he did not clean and stated that he was going to come back and finish it. The floors were disgusting the amount of dust and nastiness that was behind the microwave And we could not see out our window because it was dirty. We were not left any wristbands to go to the pool and we had to find the key fob. we were told that this gentleman was on call 24 seven we reached out to him a couple times and never received a response. Would I recommend landmark? I sure would what I recommend this room. I sure would not.
