Terrible stay--Worst Villa and Experience Ever and Management did not care!!!

Internet was really the only thing that worked properly during our stay. The Maid, Wati and the Maintenance man, Andre did their best to try and make up for a bad experience. They saw all of our problems and tried their best to make up for it all. Booking.com did a great job of handling our complaint and cared about what we had to say.

There were so many problems with this property, let me begin: 1. Pool was down almost 6 days out of our 15 days total or approximately 40% of the time - we had no pool. (ie. Pump broken down, drain lines leaking, water green and nasty with algae). Owner knew pump was broken on pool before our arrival, but failed to notify us so we could have cancelled then wasted lot of time trying to bandaid the problem instead of sending the pump for proper repair. 2. No water pressure to speak of. Barely dripped from kitchen sink to wash dishes with and shower would actually stop running during the time you were all soaped up. No Hotwater in shower but in the Kitchen since cold water barely ran we used hotwater knob to give enough pressure to wash dishes with and BE CAREFUL, it will burn you.!! 3. Both bedrooms do not have TV's. bAlso during our stay Master bedroom TV went out & took 24 hours to get that fixed. 4. NO one associated with Property Management ever came to greet us upon arrival. Maintenace guy let us in. One lady, Nia, showed up morning of the 4th day to listen to our complaints. Never saw anyone again the entire time we stayed there. Basically take your money and forget about you. 5. This was suppose to be our families X-Mas and New Years vacation as well as My Wife's birthday during our stay and it was all ruined. Worst X-Mass & New Years ever. Thanks alot Bluna Villa!! 6. Also road to get to property in Seminyak is terrible everyday with traffic both ways. Take hours to get anywhere and hours to get back to Villa. Save your money and AVOID BAD EXPERIENCE BY RENTING THIS PROPERTY.Y

Wati was extremely helpful, quiet location and great value for money

Location is in a quiet street which we really loved. Wati was extremely helpful, she helped us buy fruits and took our clothes for express laundry twice specially 1 and half hours before check out. Pool was great, beds were comfortable.

It was an amazing property family friendly with all the facilities needed for a property , our help wati was amazing she coordinated everything for us treated us like a family with her warm smile and my daughter loved her would definitely recommend the stay

An amazing stay in a clean, quiet villa with a great pool and excellent service from Wati.

The villa was very clean and well maintained, with a nice swimming pool that had a good depth. The location was quiet yet convenient, making it easy to relax. The housekeeper, Wati, was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
