Edificio tranquilo en esa época, pese a su tamaño. Plaza de garaje subterránea y cerrada, aunque en esa época no era muy necesaria La atención de Michelle, todo muy correcto y cordial mediante los mensajes explicativos de acceso y utilización del apartamento. La playa pequeña del Arenal-Bol está muy cerca y es buena
La dotación del apartamento es demasiado básica. Son necesarias perchas y baldas para colocar las cosas en los cuartos de baño, por ejemplo. Algún espejo más, etcétera.

De communicatie met de verhuurder was heel aangenaam. De locatie is heel goed. Wij kwamen in het najaar waardoor je in omliggende straten voldoende parkeerplaatsen hebt, maar in het hoogseizoen is de garage een groot pluspunt
Bedden zijn naar mijn mening aan vervanging toe.
