The disadvantages of this place:
1. The balcony is slightly dirty, with paint flakes scattered on the floor and cigarette butts lying around.
2. The toilet requires cleaning after each use because water tends to pool in the middle of the bathroom. Additionally, water collects in the corners of the toilet, creating three (2 corners + 1 middle of the bathroom) areas where water can stagnate.
3. The mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable.
