Tawau town not great for tourists and very dirty.

Only the size of the apartment and air conditioning. Nothing else. We arrived and nobody told us that this is not an hotel. No reception.
Everything. The place is dirty and very noisy. Very low level of quality. The apartment was big and clean, but nothing to compare to a decent hotel.
