Nirwana Air - 3BR Ubud Villa with Panoramic Views

🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The beds were very comfortable, we slept like babies! The toilets were also clean and well-maintained. One small downside was the rattan mats used inside the rooms. Personally, I found them quite uncomfortable and even painful to walk on barefoot. Also, be aware that the bathtub shown in the booking advertisement is only available in one of the rooms, rather than all three bedrooms. The bathtub is located outdoors, and that particular room also has an outdoor shower. 🏊 Pool The pools were lovely! They were especially enjoyable on a hot day and provided a great way to cool down and relax. 🍜 Food Breakfast was not included with our stay, but this wasn't much of an issue for us as GrabFood delivery worked perfectly well. There were plenty of local food options available, and we particularly enjoyed the local cuisine. ⭐ Overall Overall, my family and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is definitely something to consider if you prefer to be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, or tourist attractions, but if you're looking for a quiet and secluded place surrounded by rice fields, this can be a nice choice. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely pools, helpful host, and peaceful surroundings made our stay enjoyable. Just be prepared to use Grab or other transportation whenever you want to leave the property.

📍 Location The biggest thing to be aware of is the location. The property is situated in a very rural part of Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and a small local village. As shown in the listing photos, there is a rice field directly in front of the property, a small farmers' road on the left, and a village behind it. This is NOT a walkable location, so you will need to rely on Grab or other transportation to get anywhere. Thankfully, we had no problems getting Grab drivers to the property. The road leading in is quite narrow, so larger vehicles may have some difficulty, but our Grab drivers were able to get in without any major issues. The rural setting initially made us a little concerned about safety, but our host was very nice and reassured us that there is on-site security at the property. Fortunately, we experienced no issues at all during our few days there. 🌡️ Living Area The main living room unfortunately does not have air-conditioning. Since Ubud can be quite humid and the sun gets very hot during the day, it was difficult to spend much time there comfortably. As a result, we didn't use the living area very much except when we were eating or having drinks. Having air-conditioning in this area would definitely make the villa more comfortable.

An absolute oasis in Ubud. Beautiful surroundings with rice paddy views. Comfortable beds, tasteful decor throughout the villa. Amazing pool and sundeck. Govin & Villa staff were super friendly prepared lovely breakfasts daily. The food prepared by the private chef was exceptional. Definitely would recommend this Villa and would come back again without a doubt

الطريق للفله فيه ممرات ضيقه لا تمره من خلاله السيارات العائلية الكبيره وكذلك بغض سائقي الاجره لايستطيعون الوصول الفله في منطقة زراعيه لايستغرب كثرة الحشرات حول الفله احواش فيها دواجن واحيانا هناك رائحه كريهه جدا لايوجد غساله ملابس ومجفف وهي ضروري للفله لايوجد معطف (روب) وكذلك كوايه ملابس وميزان وهي من الأساسيات الفندقيه
