Great modern and clean villa, big pool and helpful staff. Situated in a quiet area near Ubud, I recommend having your own scooter or you could use Grab. Excellent experience overall 🤩🤚

Väldigt fin villa, modern och väl möblerad. Vänlig ägare som hjälpe oss med allt vi behövde. Daglig städning. Tre separata sovrum med eget badrum. Ingen ljud nattetid noterades. Villan ligger runt lokalboende vilket gjorde platsen väldigt unik med risterass nära till. Lite utanför Ubud central. Transporterades med moped/bil.

Poolen hade initialt problem med vattenfiltreringen, vilket gjorde att föremål som blåst i eller fallit ner inte filtrerades bort. Problemet åtgärdades dock efter en tid. Utsikten vid poolen motsvarade inte heller den bild som presenterats, sannolikt på grund av pågående renovering. Vi fick även en rekommendation om ett tvättföretag där vi lämnade in våra kläder, men tyvärr blev några plagg missfärgade/ hål i efter tvätten.

The villa is off the beaten track, so is quite peaceful. It's pretty, well styled and the beds were comfortable. It was a great set up for 3 girls to all have our own rooms and bathrooms, coming together in the shared spaces

The villa is much more remote than we were expecting, so we had multiple ride share drivers refuse to pick us up and there was very little to eat within walking distance. We also felt that the villas over promised and under delivered. Breakfast was advertised as being available on site, but we were informed on arrival that it wasn't. We tried to book the advertised "personal chef" prior to our arrival and were told we would need to arrange it once we had checked in. Upon check in we were told they were 'booked out for the whole month'. We believed that they don't actually have a regular chef. We pushed, and head office ended up finding us a chef, but it was clear that the chef had not ever worked with this villa before, and found the facilities limited and difficult to work with. One bathroom sprung a significant leak mid-stay, and one bedroom air-conditioner stopped working multiple days in a row. The polished concrete floors were also extremely slippery in all rooms and you had to be constantly mindful. One friend fell to the ground when trying to slide off the kitchen stool, because the stool slipped on the smooth flooring.
