Cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and tone of the staff.

Breakfast was good. The food was hot, and well stocked. The man working the area took pride in his area and made sure it stayed cleaned and plenty of food. Our room did not get cleaned but one time in a 5 day stay and we received a note on two separate occasions. The first note stated our beds were unable to be changed due to personal items (referring to a personal pillow). During that cleaning, it was subpar. The second scheduled routine cleaning we received a letter slid under the door that stated the room was unable to be cleaned due to short staff. That was disappointing.

I included a partial response above. I would include more scrambled eggs for breakfast, not just omelet fritters. Also, meat choices outside of pork would be great. For the gym, I would add a jump rope. The tv in the gym was also difficult to work and I’m not sure it was operational. The water from the ice machines tasted off, I would ensure the filter is up to date. If healthier options for coffee creamer outside of very artificial ingredients could be included I believe the extended stay could be more enjoyable.

The place looks new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked nicely with towels. The employees were very accommodating.

The staff was really nice Amy and Tess. Tess went above and beyond to assist with the heating issues. Tess even called her manager to see what she could do to help fix the thermostats in the both rooms.

The heat did not work over 69 degrees in room #102. We tried the room across the hall #103 and left the heater unit on for over an hour and it only rose to 69.Both units were blowing out a mixture of warm and cold air but neither room got above 69 and kept fluctuating between 68 and 69 degrees. We didn't get in until 1:00am Saturday morning so all the stores were closed. I have lupus so I need to be in a warm room. My husband went to Walmart when they opened and purchased a heater for our room. The heater my husband purchased made my stay more comfortable and warmed the room.
