Schöne Wohnung in absolut perfekter Lage, sauber, Handtücher/Bettwäsche/Amenities wurden gestellt, Waschmaschinen vor Ort, problemloser Check-In, eigene Küche, schnelle Antwort auf Fragen im Chat über Booking.com

Gefehlt hat uns: - ein zweiter Stuhl (damit niemand im stehen essen muss), - tlw. Küchenausstattung (ein großer Topf sollte definitiv hinzugefügt werden) Auch wenn im Voraus klar kommuniziert war, dass Gepäck nicht zwischengelagert werden kann, wäre die Option wichtig und schön gewesen.

Pluses: and this place is mostly pluses: clean, comfortable, cute and quiet alley (think Georgetown or SoHo or some European brick front homes). Nice bed. Efficient and quiet A/C, nothing like the "updated" midrange hotels in Boston with a tractor sounding machine in the window. For MGH access you can't beat this. Robust bathroom, adequate kitchenette (I had unit 5). Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, go to Flour of course for your coffee. My day was recycling/trash collection day (Tuesday) so I had a brief morning intermezzo, but it did not bother me. I'd much rather come back here than go to some random cramped hotel near Fennueil hall.

Space to improve: generally good communication, after you reach out. If you read the reviews, some travelers had issues with getting the access codes. It's easy when you're in the middle of travel, and know you have a valid reservation, to forget to follow up. Especially if the landlord promises that 24 hours before check in you will get an email w all the deets. After all, at the actual check in they are very precise, your code will not work at 3.58, but will work at 4.00 (check in time). So you'd think, precision is their forte. 24 hours before check in came and went, so later that evening I proactively reached out asking. Then I got the message, followed up with an email, with the codes. Would it have come eventually? I'd like to think so. But if you're precise on my getting in, be precise on your commitment as well, especially when it can be all automated. This would likely avoid the other, less stellar reviews of stuck travelers, which don't do justice to this hidden gem of a place. Read the properly description about parking or leaving luggage in storage (no) and don't fret about it belatedly.

Odeur de nettoyage persistante, chimique, pas rafraîchissante. Une seule chaise. Plusieurs minutes avant d’avoir l’eau chaude dans la douche.

Fantastic location!!! The inside of the building is lovely and Temple St is nice and quiet. Close to amenities eg shops, liquor stores, restaurants.

Big negative for me was not being able to leave your luggage on check-out today. There should be an area or a storage room downstairs where customers can leave their luggage.
