Furnished Apartment in Downtown

Fantastic location, in the middle of everything and close to several subway stations. Apartment is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. They very promptly answered a couple of questions we had when we got the apartment. Instructions to enter the apartment were clear and provided in advance.

5pm check-in - I hope this doesn't become a trend. They even offer an earlier check-in but you have to pay extra fee. That's just ridiculous. They would also not let us drop off our luggage despite the late check-in. On checking out we emailed them a few times to ask where to take the trash and didn't receive a reply. Be aware that they only provide 1 elevator key fob so if your party returns to the apartment at different times some people will be walking up the stairs. We were on the 5th floor.

Excellent location in downtown Boston! Steps from subway, close to attractions, restaurants and a grocery store. Host was very responsive to messages about the apartment. The coffee machine wasn't working well, and the hair dryer was missing, but host was quick to bring new ones, along with an extra pillow and linens.

It would be helpful to have a shelf or shower caddy to place personal items in the shower. The light over the kitchen table was out.
