About this apartment rental

Elegant and bright apartment of great charm inside Palazzo Filangeri di Cutò, behind the Ballarò Market.

The apartment is located on the First Floor of a charming aristocratic building from the second half of the 1700s. The staircase and lobby retain the charm of the period, as do the apartment's interiors: the main hall boasts high, frescoed ceilings and used to host the noble family's balls. The apartment boasts a simple, minimalist décor, contrasting with the original frescoes, doors, and chandeliers, and the many works of art decorating the walls. The entrance opens to a first living room that houses a desk and sofa, a first bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. A period glass door leads to the beautiful frescoed living room, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and numerous design pieces. From here guests have access to the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. From the entrance, guests can reach the loft, via a spiral staircase. This houses the sleeping area a few feet from the frescoed ceilings, with two queen-size beds separated by a wall and a bathroom with shower. Finally, a staircase next to the front door houses the last bedroom with a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with tub and a window overlooking the building's courtyard. A half bath completes the layout.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
