Beautiful apartment in Spinea, close to Venezia. The apartment we stayed was located on the first floor, had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining-kitchen and a huge balcony. It looked exactly as in the photos and was well cleaned when we arrived. Self check-in and check-out were available, wifi was working well. The building had private parking. Communication with the host was great! We recommend it and hope to come back again!
One of the single beds was not so comfortable, more suitable for a kid, not an adult.

Appartement moderne et propre. À seulement 15mn en train de Venise Santa lucia.
Juste pour écrire un truc : ventilation bruyante dans l’une deux salle d’eau.

Tout était parfait. L’appartement est très bien décoré, propre, on s’y sent très bien. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Idéalement placé près de la gare de Spinea (très pratique pour rejoindre Venise en 15 min) mais quand même très au calme. L’hôte était là à notre arrivée et joignable pendant le séjour.

الشقه نظيفه وجديده وموقعها ممتاز الاثاث جديد
السرير سيء جدا وغير مريح ابدا لم استطيع النوم كان متعب جدا.
تم التواصل معي على ان اغادر الساعه 10 الصباح ورفضت ذلك حيث ان وقت الخروج المحدد الى الساعه 11 صباحا هذا الامر ازعجني وكان سيء.
يجب ان يكون التعامل احترافي اكثر.
لن اعود مره اخرى لهذه السببين
