Comfy Logan - Shared bathrooms - Individual Room with a Queenbed

Entire house was exceptionally clean & the brd was very comfortable. I loved the big square shower head. Very good for big bodies like mine lol

The only dislike was the digital bed room door handle was faulty. I was locked out of my room from 2am - 8am & it was checkout day for me by 10am but the property owner let me stay until 4pm to compensate for the technical issue. Other than that it was lovely, comfortable, clean and had a homely feel to the place.

Love the house and pet friendly status, Room is basic but great.

Needs TV in rooms Needs soundproofing between rooms Needs to not have some angry, hostile person living there with her own dog who makes you feel like you aren't allowed there because of whatever deal is going on with provider. All three times I've stayed here the same girl seemingly -who stops me extending, is either socially incapable of living in accommodation where people are coming and going and challenging her routine/comfort zones or she makes it so uncomfortable to chill in common areas everyone sits in their room

Staff on phone - before, during and after stay is wonderful House is awesome and is well laid out- great pool, great facilities included like coffee machine, laundry facilities, big yard if you have dogs

. Face to face staff at house or tenant or whatever she is, taken aback by her abruptness and seeming hostility about my existence and my daring to have dogs there while jt is pet friendly

I loved the kitchen, loungeroom, dining area and the bigger bathroom at the end of the hallway (we weren't aware until the last few days of our trip). I also loved the big TV, comfortable couch, cleanliness and long driveway, and closeness to supermarkets, motorways, the Hyperdome mall. I liked the communication with Mel and her acting quickly, it felt very homely too - minus the little things, I would recommend it to others :)

We had no aircon remote for our room so we couldn't control it. It was just the communication around bathrooms that were unclear, there was a small shower and separate toilet at the front of the house, but we weren't aware there was a bigger bathroom down the hallway we were also allowed to use because the tenant was using the other side of the house so we thought that was her bathroom. Also, we were not told that there was a tenant living there who would be cleaning etc. but that was fine, she was kinda helpful. We checked in late and didn't receive our towels until the next morning. Needed to take the rubbish out daily, the bin lid was broken so the house got a bit smelly with food in the bin and it being hot, leftover food in the fridge as well left a smell. I didn't want to seem too needy by messaging the owner to do all these little things, I think it was just because we stayed for 6 nights.
