this isnt like air bnb you are sharing the dwelling with the host/owner so there was two people there the entire stay. Basically you have the downstairs area bed and bathroom with access to kitchen and living room but again there are two people living there so.
The Location is terrible if you dont have your own vehicle. It is over 17 miles from downtown (approx 30 min drive) despite being close (10min) away from loop 202. so uber and lyft from the area is expensive. No access to any public transportation and nothing (no stores or shops) within walking distance. It is west of Phoenix and there are no available attractions, restaurants nothing really but neighborhoods. The casino is closest thing to do 15 min by car.
The bathroom is not inside of the bedroom and the bedroom itself was small. Only room for bed. Two people would feel crowded. P5kThe bathroom is across the hallway so no real privacy. The "private entrance" is just the front door which they dont use because they go through the garage. I wouldn't say there a mountain view. You could see them in the distance when outside (no view from the room) but you can see the same view anywhere in the valley

Clean! Its clean, or its not. It cant be extremely clean or a little clean, it was just perfectly clean. It smelled very nice too!! Quiet. Close from DT. I loved everything

My stay here was quiet and cozy. The host was friendly and was able to assist when keypad was not working late at night. Space was clean and the door has a lock. Bathroom was across the hall and was clean with toiletries and a blowdryer. There was WiFi was available. DoorDash/ UberEats services had no issue at all finding the space. Gas station and grocery store minutes away. Parking is available right outside the garage. There is a nearby walkway with a gorgeous view of the mountains.
There is not a ceiling fan or a tv. I had issues with the keypad access.
