the owners are very nice and helpful and the home is very nice. It is located in a nice family residential area.
I was rerouted to a different place to stay because my room at the property that I rented, was damaged by the previous tenant. I was not given notice of this prior to my visit and arrived confused about the location.
the tenants in the room near mine were loud, stayed up until after 2:00 in the morning and were smoking pot which, permeated into my room. I notified the landlord about this and they addressed it as soon as they got my message.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking.
O felt like the host was being a little cheap. The thermostat had a lock on it and was set to 77 degrees. I stayed downstairs and felt little to no ac, witch made it hard to sleep comfortably. The tv remote for the room did not work nor did the lamp. The upstairs bathroom had paint falling off the walls and the tub and curtain were dirty. I had to clean the calcium off the shower head to get it to work. The bottom floor bathroom needs maintenance as well and I had to unclog the sink. The host asked me to pay for laundry when it’s listed as a amenity on the listing.
