The location which is quite near to the city center. There is a convinient store just nearby the place. Drinking machine is provided. There is a common area with chairs and TV. Check in instruction and other things to take note such as where to park the car, is provided and is easy to understand. There are quite a number of dedicated parking lots within the compound and if they are full, can park the car outside the compound around the house area. Simple hair and body shampoo and hair dryer is provided. Aircond and tv within the room are well functional.

The towel and pillow sheet are with stains. It is better to bring your own towel and single use pillow sheets. As the location is very near to the main road, during my three nights stay, from night time until past midnight about 1 to 2am, the 'mat rempit' motorcycle geng making lots of ignoring noise out of their motorcycles. This has caused a very unpleasant experience. If you are a light sleeper, you will definitely be awaken from sleep from the noise. So think twice before you pick this accommodation.

Great value for money. The room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Basic amenities like towels, coffee, and water dispensers, and plenty of power outlets were provided. Great location to the city centre with access to restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions close by.

Room door digital padlock is very finicky. No mini fridge to store any perishable items (eg. food souvenirs). Also no hand soap was provided at the time of stay. Outside can be a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs at least. No actual staff were manning the lobby and it's quiet, so it's a little eerie at night.

The location is good, room is spacious, bed is comfortable and owner is helpful, the next door neighbour was playing music so loudly but the owner immediately took action and talk to the neighbour once I texted her.

Some corners are not very clean, there’s some dust and the floor mat is a bit dirty, but overall clean and comfortable. Would feel safer if there’s another lock inside the room.

Location is good. Convenient to go to town centre. Also easy to find food nearby. Teluk Cempedak beach is nearby but road can be congested on weekend/public holiday especially in the evening.

The bedsheet and duvet cover were crumpled but they smelled ok so I guess they were clean but not ironed. The common area downstairs could have tables and chairs especially for drinking and eating. The host communicated promptly through whatsapp but did not respond to our request to check-in early.
