The size is very huge. Got toilet every room and outside. The downside is the toilet door see through lah. Not entirely, but can see. And got air cond every room and living ❤️
The location, ingress and egress of the location a bit hard as it is situated at the main road and near the roundabout. If off peak hour, should be okay.

1/ location conveniently near to local restaurant and cafe 2/ cosy and comfortable home, make us feel like staying home (love the yellowish and warm lighting) 3/ single storey middle lot landed house, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms 4/ each bedrooms attached with own bathrooms 5/ all basic amenities fully equipped (same as photos) 6/ a small pool table at the living room 7/ water dispenser with choices of cool and hot water 8/ clean and organized 9/ quick response from the owner
1/ the homestay located right beside a busy main road which make us to be very cautious when drive in and out

Best house on the street and very close to street food. Short drive to Kuantan city and to beaches like Teluk Cempedak.
One of the toilet seats wasn't attached. But don't worry I fixed it for you. The Netflix dongle thingy was glitchy and wouldn't stay plugged in.
