All AC in all rooms and living room. Washing machine and space to hang air dry clothes after wash. Convenient plates and glasses. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Towels provided. With soap and shampoo. No mosquito. Gt 1 cockroach but there is insect spray. The dustbin size is large with plastic. Tissues available. Microwave, stove fridge and water dispenser. Tv and ps n netflix . All are as described in photos. Near to town, near to sasmec as we were visiting family in sasmec. Near to kuantan terminal sentral.
The neighbours dog bbarking at us. The shower flow in the ground level bathroom is slow. But overall is nice. Spacious, suitable for families.

The location was easy to find. the property was exceptionally wonderful. My family and me enjoyed the stay very much. will go back again the this property if its still available.
