Perfect base for dolomites!

Everything we needed we had access to. Kitchen and bathroom seemed very new and clean. Shower was lovely.

Only downside was the roadworks which started outside at 6:45am. Not the properties fault but that’s was the only downside to it, would’ve been nice to have a warning but can’t always be the case!

L’équipement de l’appartement, indiqué pour 4 personnes, en réalité est bon pour 3 personnes maximum : 1 lit de 2 personnes et 1 canapé de 80 cm environ. Le propriétaire nous a proposé un matelas de camping que nous avons dû gonfler (fatigués) à 23h et (faute d’espace) n’avons pu le placer que dans la cuisine, bloqué entre les étagères et le frigidaire. La pièce de vie est une ancienne entrée transformée, sans fenêtre !

El lavabo estava molt reformat, i tot decorat amb bon gust. El propietari era molt amable, va venir a saludar-nos a l'arribar i oferir ajuda en el que calgués.

És un apartament massa petit per oferir-lo per 4 persones, no hi cabiem ni a la taula per sopar. I quan obries el sofa-llit no es podia ni passar pel menjador. La cuina estava molt poc equipada, faltaven molts estris. La neteja era millorable (vam haver de rentar olles i paella abans de fer-les servir, per exemple). Està lluny de botigues, restaurants...has d'anar en cotxe a tot arreu.

La struttura è risultata nuova,bella e accogliente,dotata di tutto il necessario.Abbiamo amato in particolare il letto e la doccia.

I cuscini in camera da letto leggermente in camera e non avendo capito la funzione del termostato l'ambiente risultava un po' freddo dal tardo pomeriggio.

Non é per 4 persone ma per 3 e servizio deludente.

Ristrutturata bene, moderna e ben pulita.

Eravamo alla ricerca di un appartamento per 4 adulti pertanto abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento. Purtroppo una volta arrivati abbiamo notato un divano letto diverso da quello tra le immagini dell'inserzione, piu piccolo e inadatto per due persone. Quindi abbiamo passato la prima notte insonne senza poter riposare. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di trovare una soluzione. Ci ha portato per il giorno successivo un materassino gonfiabile, purtroppo senza pompa, quindi inutile. Dal mio punto di vista, se dichiari che la casa é per 4 persone ma poi effettivamente non lo é, ti attivi per trovare una soluzione e un materassino gonfiabile senza poterlo nemmeno gonfiare non é una soluzione... anche perché per 150€ a notte ci si deve aspettare un ben altro servizio e sopratutto di poter riposare la notte.
