Fantastic and very good price-value ratio

We got a bottle of wine as a gift. There was Coffee. The apartment is at a beautiful quiet place and it is fully equiped with everything you need. The owner gave us detailed informations with pictures about the location, parking and how can we get the key without asking. He even adviced us some bath places and the advice was a very good one (cron4).

The pillows were too big for me and we can not find smaller ones at the apartment. The bed was not belong to the most comfortable ones, but it was ok, we could sleep well.

The apartment is comfortable for two gusests.

The appartment is a newly renovated flat on the second floor of a very old (at least 100 Years old) Italian style building with nice view to the mountains. The flat itself is nice, modern furnished, the kitchen is well equipped.

The house is quite difficult to access (you have to drive on a comlicated path of very narrow and steep streets), the old stair on the building-side that lead to the flat-entrance is destressing. Although the flat is specious the living room itself is very tight, if you open the sofa for sleeping of additional 2 persons, you can not move from the bedroom to the kitchen or bathroom and/or in turn. The owner(s) let to take pets to the flat, so some guests use the blanket for dogs/cats. This blanket in living room was full of furs and there were also remains of dog faeces on it. This blanket has to be cleaned after the guests with pets!!! Or even, if this blanket is for the pets the guests with or withour taking cossetts have to be informed about it.

Logement impeccable, très bon rapport qualité prix pour la région. A 50mn de Cortina d'Ampezzo

Logement spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé. Arrivée facile avec clés dans une boite. Emplacement pour la voiture à 2 pas sur une petite placette dans la rue. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place. Rue tranquille en bas du village et peu passante. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition des cartes IGN de la région pour randonner

Mettre un rideau opaque dans la salle de bain. Village tout en grimpette.. et un peu loin en voiture de Cortina, compter 1 h00 environ. Pas évident si on cherche un village un peu animé le soir.

Bis auf die oben erwähnten beiden Mängel, war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und eine Tür vom Appartement zum Dachboden war nicht versperrt, was für Kinder sehr gefährlich werden kann.

Sehr schön und ich war für das kleine Problem schon vorbereitet

Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen super schön. Ich war mit 2 Freunden im Apartment, weil wir in den Dolomiten wandern waren. Alles ist sonst super. Es war sauber, in der Küche sind alle wichtigen Kochutensilien, das Bad ist sehr schön und es gab ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk vom Besitzer. Für den Preis und den Ort war es absolut super.

Eine Sache war schlecht. Für die Schlafcouch gibt es keine gescheite Bettwäsche und die Decke für die Couch ist bisschen voll mit Hunden Haaren. Ich hatte es bereits in den Bewertungen gelesen und eigene Bettwäsche für die Couch mitgenommen.
