The second bedroom has two full beds and the living room feature's queen sleeper sofa, giving everyone their own spot for a good night's rest to prepare for the fun in store for them each day! The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room, indoor pool, game room, sauna, tennis courts, and library! An easy stroll to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome kit which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week this includes one parking space #32. ​​​​​​​Important Construction Notice: The Capri building is scheduled to undergo a balcony remediation project from September 9, 2026, through May 7, 2027, with work taking place Monday through Friday. Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit's location. Balconies on the north side of the building will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.
