Conveniently located just 17 minutes from Cedar Rapids Airport and less than 20 minutes from the University of Iowa Hospital, Kinnick Stadium, and Carver-Hawkeye Arena, this home is ideally situated.

All windows are equipped with blackout blinds. The charming living room features a smart TV, high-speed Verizon 5G Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Well-kept older property but nicely set up for guests and very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't end up cooking there. My only issue was the lack of instructions from the owner (e.g., tv was complicated but no instructions), and we didn't know if there were things we were to do before checking out).
