About this house rental
Relax and enjoy in this contemporary styled Inlet-next-to-ocean-front home. This is a Single Family house and has much privacy, a large carport area, storage rooms & backyard space. Bring your boats and use the 70 foot dock, located just, literally, a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean.
The property boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths in an expansive open floor plan living area with spectacular Atlantic Ocean views and enormous sun deck.
PRIVATE POOL with Hot Tub is brand new in 2025!
*Hot tub heat is an option and costs extra $75 per week to cover electricity costs. Discounts for longer stays.
*POOL Heat is optional and costs $150 per week with discounts for longer stays. Guests must request and pay for pool or hot tub heat in advance.
Come see the spectacular Atlantic Ocean views from every angle as well as from each bedroom, full laundry room, ample storage and a full 70' of dock space(about 20-25 feet of dock closest to land can have a 2-3 foot water depth at low tide)
2nd Level :
Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom(with 1 King size bed), 1 half bathroom, outside deck, grill and outdoor furniture. Living room has 2 fold out single beds if extra sleeping accommodations is needed.
Ground Level :
Entrance and foyer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms( one with a step in shower and the 2nd with a tub/shower combo), plus a full laundry room.
High-End quality mattresses are almost new! Plus a pullout murphy bed.
Outside :
Outdoor furniture in the porch/carport area, a full size storage room, bait freezer and fish table.
Newer 70 foot dock is literally a stone's throw to the Atlantic ocean. Good fishing from the dock too!
Ample Parking in front for vehicles and 1 trailer.
Note: if you need parking for 2 trailers, the property manager or town can provide for an extra fee.
POOL & SPA
We ask guests to wash salt & sand off their bodies before entering pool or spa.. There is a water hose near the pool

Being just steps from parks, bike paths and to Havana Jacks, a casual but stylish Tiki hut style restaurant and full bar on the ocean! The Key Colony Inn is another recommended restaurant and within walking distance and Sparkys restaurant is a short drive.
Also in Key Colony is Sunset Park, an ocean-front park and great place to watch the sun set. The town also has pickle ball, bocce and tennis courts plus a par 3, 9 hole golf course.

We had an amazing stay at this Key Colony home over Thanksgiving week — our second year visiting the area as a family, and this house made it even better. You truly can’t beat the location or the unobstructed water views. Our kids LOVED the pool and spent so much time waving to boats passing by from the deck. Having the playground right across the street was an added bonus!While the Cabana Club isn’t included, we were able to get day passes on Thanksgiving, and it was an easy walk from the house. The home itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — it genuinely felt like home. Our kids are already asking when we can go back to “our Keys house,” and so are we!The host was wonderful as well — very communicative and check-in was a breeze. We can’t wait to return and rent again. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time! The house was very clean and well appointed. The AC worked great and the pool was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
