Sunset Villa is truly a remarkable property. Nestled in the charming heart of Kisla, it offers an ideal location just moments from the seafront.
You'll love the convenience of being within walking distance to Kalkan Beach Park, just a 5-minute stroll away, and the Mahal Beach Club, only around 12 minutes on foot. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area, Sunset Villa provides the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
The setup of Sunset Villa is quite unique compared to other homes featured in the Private Collection. This 3-bedroom villa offers a distinct layout, with the lower floor (pool level) serving as an independent apartment separate from the upstairs living areas. On this level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, a shower room, and a spacious living room. Patio doors open out to a shaded seating area that leads directly onto the pool terrace, providing a seamless connection to outdoor relaxation. Wow wow wow. The villa was sooo much better than we expected. Absolutely stunning. Lucy and Ridvan were amazing and catered for our every need! The kitchen was fully equipped towels provided and even a pool towel that you could take home with you. Fresh bread delivered everyday. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was so much space in the villa. The villa cats were soo cute and friendly and we even adopted a dog for the week while we were there. We did not want to go home. The sunsets were truly amazing. Mahal beach club was stunning! Kalkan beach club was a 4 minute walk from the villa. Beach was beautiful. Our cab driver yusuf was brilliant and never let us down. It was 7/8 mins to the main shops,restaurants etc. Would defo recommend ATA kebab for dinner. We Defo will be back. Thank you sooo much.
