Jenna was amazing! We had some AC issues the first night and some trouble getting help from the front desk to repair. I messaged Jenna around 11pm and was surprised to get a call from her within 5 minutes. She handled everything with maintenance and had our AC working by the next morning. The property had everything we needed and was in a great location with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed for 2 nights. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. Property was near many things. Pirate ship pool was fun for kids! Staff on property were quickly responsive.
