Home was reasonably clean for a rental. Home was in need of plaster repairs but it didn’t affect our stay. Advertised for up to 15 people There was only 4 forks, no teaspoons, there was not a knife that was adequate to cut a cucumber. There was only a few glasses and 2 cups. There was sufficient amount of coffee mugs. Advertised to have tvs in bedrooms but not programmed to the Roku devices provided. The remotes also had dead batteries so we had to trade the batteries into the only 2 tvs that would work for live tv. We weren’t looking for free streaming or anything crazy , just regular tv. The pool was awesome set to 90 as requested but could use a hand rail to get in. The patio chairs were uncomfortable to sit in especially to sit at table as they lean way to far back. We spent 90 % of our week in pool and enjoyed that very much. It was very quiet and not a lot of traffic. I want to come with my children and grandchildren but would hesitate to come back since kitchen does not have many kitchen basics.

The house and pool were great...could have had a few more amenities. We ended up buying kitchen towels, cake pans n pot holders...had a few problems with air, but overall i would stay there again. We all loved the pool the best.

The location depicted on the VRBO map is NOT an accurate representation of the home location. Upon booking the property an address was provided in VRBO. However, the address on the rental agreement that I signed was not the same. I did not think to compare the address trusting it would be the same. Had I known the actual location, this property would NOT have even been considered. We spent more time in traffic then originally planned or hoped.
The rental agreement and note in the house instruct guests to keep the thermostat set between 74-78 degrees. If set below 74 the AC could freeze up and not function at all. My family, friends, and I are very hot natured people. This was not comfortable for us. We purchased a couple of fans to make the nights bearable but again made things work.
The overall maintenance was wanting. Several blinds were broken. A shelf and drawer were missing from the refrigerator interior. Recessed lighting fixture above the downstairs master bathroom slightly hanging out of the ceiling. Water damage to the exterior wall of the same master bathroom walk-in shower. A piece of wood was screwed/bolted to repair a damaged twin bed frame. Could feel the springs of some of the twin mattresses.
We have stayed in worse. Just have to manage expectations.
The layout of the house was exactly how it was presented in the photos. We did make things work and had a good time but certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
