This clean and comfortable home is located in Hampton Lakes Resort, Davenport FL, about 9 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, about 35 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO) and about 21 miles to Orange County Convention Center.
Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated 4000 square feet large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. With 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen, less than two miles to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.
This home is ideally situated in the popular Hampton Lakes resort, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Hampton Lakes is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the community, steps away from this villa, there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, 2 children's playgrounds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or a 5-minute drive will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Huge property! Plenty of space! We were a huge group! Few concerns, pool was cloudy when we got there. They did call pool maintenance and they came right away to treat pool. It was clear right before we left. Some from my group didn’t mind the green algae and they still swam which I found gross LOL but if they were ok with that oh well. Could use some TLC. Door to pool was hard to open and close! Had to leave door
Open because i was afraid that we were gonna break it. No dishwashing pods and very little dish soap and toilet paper so bring your own. My communication with property management was great. I also paid $65 to use grill but gas does not come included. She said she would refund me I honestly haven’t checked if she did. It was in the property agreement so go ahead and make sure you read unlike me. We ended up not grilling. Honestly that was the only thing. We didn’t enjoy the garage with the pool table but that’s cause we were hot but that’s nice to have…..we still had a great time there and I would definitely stay again as long as pool is nice and clear because I did not enjoy it at all LOL

What I am going to say it’s not totally the owners fault. I recently vacation here and encountered Many issues that were all left by previous guests, but the owner was unaware about ie (things broken not working, pool area not washed down.) home furnishings in great need of updating. Pool malfunction. I worked with the homeowner and management company to be there for repairs and I wasn’t even given any discount and/or partial refund offer.
