House was clean and cute. There were spider webs in the living room and a ton of wasps outside. The deck off the living room was nice when you weren't running from the wasps. The upper deck, however, is terrifying. It's extremely wobbly. The beds were comfy and clean. There are three really creepy built in cabinet/crawl spaces. I wish they were locked. We ended up moving a dresser in front of the one in the master bedroom and blocking the one in the master closet with a bunch of luggage. The driveway was tricky to find since we arrived so late but was fine once we knew where it was. There is a fire table and a fire pit. The fire table didn't work. It would light and instantly go out even tho there was plenty of propane. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with and was very friendly. It is in the middle of BEAUTIFUL forest very close to Shasta Lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The views were worth everything.

The mornings on the back deck with a coffee in hand had me never wanting to leave. This place was wonderful. It’s about 15 minutes in any direction to get to any amenities or sites so it really feels like the middle of the forest yet close enough that we could go out and grab a bite to eat. We for sure are wanting to come back to this place.

Great location between lots of entry points for the lake. House was wonderfully spacious and well set up with all we needed.

We had a great time and so did our dogs! The house was just what we were looking forward to as a mountain get away. Clean and our host was very friendly
