Stayed a week here! Quiet residential neighborhood. Felt safe for walks any time of the day/evening. Close to restaurants, shops, and all things Redding. Easy access to major highways for exploring Northern California.

The house was very clean and the location was so central to everything Redding! If you're a pet owner it's a great location and home for your pets.

Host was attentive and awesome and home was large and spacious. However, there are some maintenance/repair needs, such as the crusty dust on the kitchen chandelier and a missing cabinet door.
