The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... opening onto the terrace
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) and a sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 150 m² enclosed and private garden
- Two terraces, one of 30 m² at the rear of the house and the second of 10 m² at the front, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (table, chairs, deckchairs).
The house is ideally located in Plouhinec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the gate (up to 3 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray, approx. 23 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, approx. 160 km

- The fireplace is functional, and the first flambé is free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
