About this house rental
Enjoy your stay at this fully renovated 4BR/2BA home on one acre on a quiet road with unique features, comfortable furnishings, room to spread out, convenient to many coastal towns, and 20 golf courses within 20 miles!
Relax on the porch, tell stories around the firepit, play cards in the game room, unwind in front of the 75" Smart TV, or whip up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
The space
Great house for hanging out after a round of golf or a day at the beach. Lots of space inside and out. The backyard is made for games (Cornhole, horseshoes, ladder toss, Bacci ball provided) or sitting around the firepit with a drink.
- 4 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full) each with own Smart TV. Linens and towels provided. Split floor plan with master on one side of house
- 2 separate living rooms for relaxing.
- Game room with poker table, Golden Tee arcade, and board game cabinet.
- Big kitchen with everything you need to cook
- Stainless steel bar between kitchen and living room
- Washer and dryer with supplies
- Coffee and Tea area with starter supplies
Guest access
Full access to front yard, house, and fenced in backyard area. We live in an Airstream on the property and use the shed for projects and the shipping container for storage. We park in front of the camper and have designated guest parking and share the driveway. You may see us around but we give guests as much privacy as they want but are available to help.
We can suggest golf courses, restaurants, and activities.
Other things to note
We are the 2nd house on an unpaved, sandy road. Most cars do not have trouble with the bumps, but low riding cars should drive with cation.

We received clear and concise/easy instructions of how to get into property and what all we needed. The home was super spacious, clean, and family oriented and fun! Closeby to everything you could want to do. We will most certainly be back!

2nd time staying here, the accommodations were better than we remembered. Very comfortable for our group, and the perfect weather allowed us to enjoy the spacious yard and fire pit. Our hosts were lovely as always.
