Cozy Private Room 4 in Modern Shared Apartment - 8 Minute Walk to Path NYC Train

Our place is a newly renovated unit in a multifamily house. We are an 8-10 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train Station that takes you into NYC in as little as 10 minutes. We are also under 5 minutes walk from multiple eateries and supermarkets, and a 3-5 minute walk from the Jersey City cultural street of Indian Square. Our place is newly renovated and provides you a comfortable place to relax and unwind, while still being close enough to the action and liveliness of the city.

This shared apartment has 4 private rooms available for booking, and a total of 3 full bathrooms. Max 2 guests are allowed per room. Two rooms have a dedicated or private bathroom, and two rooms share the main bathroom in the unit. Please note this is a **NO SHOES PROPERTY**.

You will be staying in your own room with the following:

- a queen bed (brand new hybrid mattresses from Korea and Sealy Queen Down pillows to elevate your stay)
- desk and chair (perfect for work or to use as a vanity)
- 50 inch ROKU 4K TV (with apps like Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, and more. Rest assured that you will be signed out of all of your personal accounts at your checkout time.)
- Complimentary earplugs and small medicinal items provided upon request
- Dedicated bathroom (accessible via hallway, BR located right next to your bedroom) with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hairdryer and body towels provided.

There is a shared living room and shared full kitchen. Please be conscious that quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.

The hosts (Jamie and Ray) live in the unit upstairs and are readily available to solve any issues you may encounter during your stay.

You will have access to your own private room that has a lock, your own dedicated bathroom, and the shared living spaces which include the kitchen and the living room.
