Clean, comfy, short walk from the metro station. Fantastic bathroom, and even a small kitchenette to warm up the dinner. The street was very quiet. And the host was very nice by messaging us, caring about our whereabouts.
If only, it would greatly benefit from a sign at street level, or just a number, to identify the place (we arrived at night and could not see where it was).
