Apartment for rent, 23 m2, in the heart of Pornic, on Rue Maréchal Foch.
Located above the port, 300 m from the train station.
Do everything on foot. Apartment consisting of a main room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, extractor hood, mini oven, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine), a bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a shower room. The apartment was recently renovated (paint and flooring) in early 2024. The bedding was changed in early 2024. €120 for a 2-night weekend, €160 for 3 nights, €325 per week (excluding July/August), and €430 per week (July/August). Weekly rentals are not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday for greater flexibility. You will feel right at home. Tastefully furnished and decorated apartment for a relaxing seaside getaway. No parking is included with the accommodation, but I will direct you to free parking within 100 meters of the property, outside of metered parking zones. Bed linen and towels can be provided for 15 euros. Feel free to contact me; we'll surely be able to work something out.
