Appartement bien équipé, très propre, disponibilité sympathique de Josiane la propriétaire, place d'un parking, proximité d'un Super U, accès facile et proche au port et au centre ville
Pour moi rien à redire, mais s'il faut dire une chose l'accès à l'appart peut être difficile pour une personne âgée ou handicapée

Recht gute Lage, Dachfenster mit gutem Sonnenschutz. Super und praktisch.
Es gibt kein Fenster zur Seite. Nur aus der verglasten Wohnungstür kann man im oberen herausschauen. Im unteren Teil ist Milchglas. Die Handtücher haben deutlich muffig gerochen ( feucht gelagert). Das Internet ist nicht sehr schnell. Keine Aircon, gleich Problem bei Hitze weilen eine Dachwohnung ist.
