Charming stone house "Le Cantou" in Périgord

Charming stone house completely renovated, semi-detached, located in the heart of the village of Nadaillac.
On the first floor, independent entrance, cellar with washing machine, you can leave your bikes there if needed. A small courtyard with garden furniture on the side.
Upstairs, small terrace, which overlooks the entrance of the cottage, with garden table and parasol. Inside, living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, pod machine, kettle, toaster), dining area, living room with sofa and traditional canteen. The room has a TV.
A double bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
A shower room with double sink.
A separate toilet.
On the second floor, the rooms are sloping ceilings with each a roof window with a blackout blind.
A double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, dresser.
A single bedroom with a 90x190 bed, dresser.
An office area and a dressing room.
Possibility to provide a changing board, a baby chair and a travel cot.
Sheets are provided. Optional towels at 5 euros per person.
Please leave the cottage in order on the day of your departure.
The cottage overlooks the village square, with its church, school and village hall. The place is quiet, however.

The cottage is located at the crossroads of the Dordogne, Lot and Corrèze departments. You can visit all the major tourist sites within a radius of 30 kilometres: Sarlat-la-Canéda, Domme, la Roque-Gageac, Montignac-Lascaux, Martel, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Hautefort and many more.
For lovers of Tèrra Aventura, there are 10 routes within a radius of 20 kilometres.
