There were no details missed in the construction of this home and outdoor spaces. 5800 square feet of living space provides an unbelievably comfortable vacation home for the most discerning of guests. Heated outdoor pool with huge patio complete with outdoor kitchen and pool area bathroom/changing room. Multi-tiered concrete tile and steel decks provide ample space for everyone to enjoy the views from our quiet secluded cove. Above ground hot tub and fire pits for your group to unwind and relax at this 5 star property. Brand new 4100 SF dock with huge covered entertainment area and a boat slip for guest use. Dock has TV, sound system, bar area, water slide, ample outdoor seating and table area. There is also a natural private beach area adjacent to the dock which is almost unheard of. This is truly one of the most desirable properties on the lake and has been host to celebrities and professional athletes. Located just off the main channel in a completely protected cove in the highly sought after Porto Cima subdivision at MM 13, this home has it all.

The house was perfect for our family! Lots of room and fun spaces for every age. The dock was amazing and we used the heck out of it! The kids loved the slide and jumping platform. We rented a boat for the week and it was nice to have a slip to tie up to.The pool area was also great. The little kids really loved that space. I know there was back to back stays so it was a tight turnaround. The pool bath was not cleaned at all and the floors in the master bath were dirty as well. Most of the king size beds did not have top sheets but we were able to find these easily. Again just giving this feedback and know this won’t prevent us from renting again!! Check-in was simple. Bobby emailed me a welcome book which was most helpful. It included everything one would need i.e.. Wi-Fi info, garage door code, history of the house, check-in and check-out information, how to set up the water slide etc. The house is spacious and plenty of room for our party of 22 family members. This home included the latest electronic equipment throughout the house. When I needed Bobby's help, he was immediately available. The children and adults had a great time with the pool, paddle boards, kayaks and water slide for hours every day. Our stay was amazing - we felt as though we were at a 5-star resort. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
