My husband and I spent ; nights in this cozy carriage house (condo). It was easy to find and was in a great location. On a quiet street with no traffic. Going up and down the outside stairs were easy and we are in our upper 70’s. The inside was decorated in lively neutral colors. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did not cook any meals but it seemed to have the items needed if the guest wanted to prepare a simple meal.We walked everywhere. The card to get through gates to beach only worked for the two gates on either end. It did not work for the pool nearest the condo. We weren’t planning on swimming but just wanted to take a look.We loved having a balcony and sat out there a while each day. Overall, we would recommend this condo to others.

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Barrett Square, even quicker by bike. Highly recommend renting the bikes. Carriage house was small, but all we needed for a long weekend stay. Highly recommend!

Our host was outstanding and very helpful . The carriage house was located in a great spot within the Rosemary Beach community. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach, pools and downtown. We loved the area and especially the convenient access to the beautiful beach! The carriage house itself is in need of a refresh. The king bed was very comfortable, however, the kitchen table, couch, rug and porch chairs were especially worn. The beach chairs had mold on them and the beach umbrella was of no use. There were too many chairs and pillows in the unit making it difficult to get comfortable. The closet was small and the only place to store clothes. A dresser of some sort would have been nice. Overall we were happy with our stay despite the shortcomings of the carriage house.
