In all my extensive experiences, I have never come across such an efficient and effective host as Eleonora. She is the delightful young woman who went above and beyond her job duties to ensure our every need was met. I was genuinely impressed and would have loved to take her home with me and hire her as my personal assistant! She was incredibly organized and attentive to every detail of our trip, from securing last-minute tour guides for venues difficult to access throughout Florence to researching how to pay a toll road fine. The apartment itself is lovely, featuring original frescos on the ceilings, enhancing its aesthetically pleasing ambiance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two living rooms and even a massage chair! The neighborhood is upscale and secure, nestled in a beautiful central location, within walking distance of every place.Florence, a city of magnificent history, art, and beauty, has gifted us with numerous cherished memories. Its enchanting allure is largely attributed to its own presence. However, the credit for ensuring a seamless experience goes to Eleonora and Christian.
