This charming home features unique architectural details that add character and charm. Stone steps lead you down to the front door, offering a picturesque entry to the home. Outside, you'll find a beautiful spiral staircase that leads you directly to the tennis/pickleball court for some outdoor fun. An original spiral staircase inside the home takes you down to the arcade room, offering a perfect spot for entertainment. These distinctive features, combined with the home's amenities, create an unforgettable experience for your stay.

✔ Primary guest (person booking) must be 25+ and present during the entire stay.
✔ No parties, events or third party bookings – our home is in a quiet neighborhood with year round residents.
✔ Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway; no street parking at risk of being towed at vehicle owner's expense.
✔ Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
✔ Pets: Must be pre-approved (up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs; additional fee applies).
✔ Government issued ID, security deposit and signed rental agreement are required to complete booking.
✔ Noise monitors and exterior cameras for safety – no interior cameras.
House Rules continued:
Smoking and noise monitors (Minut) are installed in the pool area, garage, and hallway. Exterior security cameras are located at the pool, garage, front door, and deck. We use Minut noise sensors outside and one Minut smoking detector inside. The Minut devices do not record or listen to conversations—they simply monitor overall noise levels to help prevent disturbances. It's a privacy-safe way to keep things peaceful and enjoyable for all guests and our community.
All guests must go through Pet Screening. Additional fee to bring up to two dogs under 50 lbs each (must be approved in advance) required. Unauthorized animals on property will be charged $350/animal. Service Animal Notice: Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal to avoid paying pet charges is illegal in South Carolina (§ 47-3-980) and may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.
This is a 100% smoke-free property—including the home, theater room, arcade, garage, and game room. Violations will be subject to eviction without refund of money and extra $250 cleaning charge.
Any tampering with the WiFi, cameras, smoking detectors or accessing the roof will result in an immediate eviction without refund of money.
The indoor fountain is not for guest use.
No diving into the pool or hot tub. No glass on the pool deck or in/near the hot tub. No throwing rocks in the pool, adjusting rocks at top of pool waterfall or removing rocks from indoor fountain.
Pool, hot tub, and lawn maintenance may occur during your stay. Please keep the hot tub covered and latched when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Trash day is Thursday. If staying Wednesday night, please place trash bins at the curb (without blocking the mailbox).
Bag all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins, and ensure lids are latched securely.
Don’t leave food or trash outside—it will attract wildlife. For your safety, please do not approach or feed animals.
No commercial photography or videography inside or outside the property.
Early check in may be available for an extra charge.

This home was perfect for our girls trip. The views were absolutely amazing! So many amenities we weren’t able to use them all! I would definitely book this house again.

Overall, our weeklong stay in April was great. The home offered plenty of space and activities for our family of five. The hot tub and game room were used the most, with the pickleball court a close third. The views were fantastic, and the decks provided great spots for relaxing and unwinding.A few things to note for future guests: the pool is not heated. Our kids braved it a couple of days, but it was cold. There are overhead skylights in the adjoining bedrooms that share a bathroom, so expect to wake up with the sunrise. The game room games are a bit dated, and be sure to log out of any streaming services before checking out.The host was great and very responsive, and the property is conveniently located—about 20 minutes from everything in Greenville.

Accommodated our large crew beautifully- 5 adults and 5 kids aged 0-11. The kids’ favorite part was the hot tub (some even braved the pool in April!). The adults’ favorite part was the VIEW. The sunsets were absolutely STUNNING. Rooms were well appointed, and we especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We were all able to enjoy meals together at the large dining room table. Movie night in the movie theater room was the cherry on top. My five year old has already asked to come back next spring break.

Great view! The theatre and game room were a nice touch during the NCAA basketball tournament.
