There are no direct neighbours, no traffic noise and no tourist infrastructure – only sea, rocks, forest and open space.
Arrival already highlights the unique character of this property. From the parking area, the house can only be reached on foot. The walk through the forest takes approximately ten minutes, and all luggage must be carried by hand. This remoteness is precisely what makes the property so special. Once you arrive, everyday life feels far away.
The sea is located directly in front of the house. Within just a few steps you can reach the water and swim directly from the rocks. The location in the Swedish archipelago offers clear water, wide views and exceptional tranquillity rarely found today.

There is no running water, but sufficient drinking water is provided for the entire stay. A combustion toilet and camping shower ensure a sustainable and practical setup.
