About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this serene 3 bedroom, 2 bath twin house with two separate living rooms located in West Fargo.
3 min drive to the new Sanford hospital. Few minutes drive to Interstate 94 and 29, Hector int'l airport, Fargodome, downtown, stores and local attractions. You will love the neighborhood.
This cozy home features wi-fi, smart tv, Netflix with option to log into other account, full kitchen, study station, balcony & apple tree to enjoy.
The space
The main floor feature:
A bedroom has one king-size bed, with a walk-in closet, a privacy bathroom, a kitchen, a dining island, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a living room on the upper level.
The lower level:
Features two rooms with queen-sized beds, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a second living room.
Willing to be able to climb stairs since there are stairs at the house.
We have space for children and infants, but do not have some amenities, such as safety gates for stairs, child safety locks, books, etc. The property features corded window blinds, cleaning products, and wall-mounted TVs; some TVs are situated on top of a TV stand. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur.
Since this is a twin home, we do please ask all guests to be mindful of noise as best they can and respect the quiet hours.
Have access to the full house, minus the garage, and a locked closets that is used for storage
Guests can message us via the app platform when assistance is needed.
Other things to note
*Sorry, no pets.* If it is discovered you have brought a pet, a $160 pet fee will be collected.
Please be aware that the base pricing includes two guests and that each extra guest after two will incur an additional fee. Therefore, in order to view the total price, please precisely enter the number of guests when making your reservation.

Excellent property and location for my family’s visit to Fargo (NDSU graduation). Plenty of room and accommodations.

Home was clean, spacious, & the neighborhood was convenient. There was a sufficient supply of toilet paper. Upon arrival (Sunday) I messaged the host, but did not get a reply for four days (Thursday). Luckily, it was not an emergency. Also sent a text with no reply. I was disappointed that guests have no access to the garage (the other four Fargo homes we have stayed at allowed garage parking). Upon entering the home, one must step over an elevated down spout along the walk around the side of the home (tripping hazard), -- problematic for my elderly mother. The kitchen had little drinkware (definitely not for seven people), no measuring spoons or cups, no serving spoons, mixing bowls, etc. This home does not sleep 7. The first 4 nights we had 3 guests, then 4 of us (and we were charged extra guest fees?). There are three beds; no sofa beds. No additional sheets for sleeping on the couch, if that is where the 7th person is supposed to sleep. The sofa upstairs is very uncomfortable & the metal legs were a problem for my feet (I got hurt twice walking close to the sofa). Loose toilet seats and microfiber sheets. Worst of all, my son bought a new 140 navy blue hoodie from Scheels and washed it at the home and the washer ruined it. After washing the new hoodie, the front and back had bleached-out spots, as did a couple other items. Only washed light clothes or towels after that.
