If written approval is not obtained and you come with a pet you are subject to a $1000 fine and you will be made to leave with no refund. Approval is at the sole discretion of the owner and pet fees apply. If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit. No CATS Allowed
Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
Please note that the Owner is not responsible for any noise, disturbances, or inconveniences arising from neighboring properties or surrounding areas, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, or other activities outside of the property.
Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.

LIKE A NEW PLACE, just like the pictures and a garage with a remote control! Everything was just like the pictures and the kitchen had all the pots/pans! Irish resturant Blarney's was the best, we ate there twice and enjoyed Granite city too.
Just another thought. Hang curtains over the front door and side window. It would give it some color and alittle privacy. We didn't even close the blinds in the living room, we like looking out the ndows. I think it would give the area some color and for those needing some privacy.

Overall, we had a great time. The place was very nice, met all expectations, and was quite clean and comfortable. Small things like no extra toilet paper were the only drawbacks but not enough to downgrade to 4 stars. Definitely one we'd use again. The host was very responsive, check in/out was easy, and having a garage to park in was awesome.
