About this house rental
At the southern tip of Gran Canaria, there is Maspalomas, a lively little city that attracts countless tourists every year due to its extended dune landscape, the famous sand beach of Playa del Inglés and countless possibilities to distract oneself during the day and at night.
Centrally located in a beautiful area of the town with lots of greenery, the 45 m2 maisonette holiday apartment "Bungalow Duna Flor Verde" is located on the ground floor and upper floor of a two-storey holiday complex.
The apartment has a living room with sofa, dining table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with large shower and toilet and can accommodate 2 people.
The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, washing machine, a hair dryer, a baby cot and air conditioning.
Outside you have your own fenced-in terrace with upholstered chairs and a glass table, there is also a balcony.
A very elegant and well-kept pool area with palm trees, sun terraces and sunbeds is available to all guests of the holiday complex.
There is a car and bicycle rental service in the complex.
The nearest supermarket is located directly on the edge of the holiday complex, and there is also a restaurant. Other shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away.
The famous beach "Playa del Inglés" is a half hour walk or 6 minutes drive (2,5 km) away. At about the same distance you will also find the famous nature reserve "Dunes of Maspalomas". And the very popular Aqualand "Maspalomas" is about 5 km away.
The drive from/to the airport takes about 21 min (32 km). A paid shuttle service can be arranged on request.
Parking spaces are not available.
